Really wished it would've worked on my skin...

So, I bought the Maybelline New York FIT ME Foundation and it sucks balls!  The coverage is nice but it just wasn't fit for my skin. I got a freaking allergic reaction.  I've worn it twice, and the first time it just made my skin dry.  I didn't really think anything of it, I just thought it was cause of the weather.  Yesterday, when I was at my sisters house, I thought I was just allergic to her room, lol so I told her to give me some allergy pills.  This morning, OMG, my face was burning and it was extremely dry and red.  It still itches and burns
right now.  Not good.  I have dry, itchy skin cause of my eczema. So yeah, I'll just stick to my Urban Decay Surreal Skin Cream To Powder Foundation, even though it's a little on the pricey side.
Loved the coverage and how natural it looked, but really wish I wasn't allergic to it.  =(

    I recently bought the Maybelline True Fit...and it's okay. I don't think I got the right color though :/

Promotion and B-day Cake

So this past week my niece had her Kindergarten promotion and had requested for me to make her a Hello Kitty cake.  I searched the web for a Hello Kitty with a graduation cap and I found a perfect picture, (I will post picture below so you can get an idea of what I was trying to do).  Since it wasn't going to be for a party or anything like that I decided to make her a small one for her, her little sister, and brother.  The cake came out cute but it wasn't the best.

Paul Frank Julius Monkey Cake

This past weekend I made a cake for my little niece Jenelle's 3rd b-day.  She requested for me to make her a chocolate Julius monkey cake with strawberry cupcakes.  I did this the same way I made the Winnie the Pooh cake, but this time I made it with buttercream and chocolate buttercream.  All made from scratch.
